Please read these terms carefully before using RapidPost's services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions
“Platform” refers to the RapidPost website, mobile application, and any related software or services. “Merchant” refers to any business or individual who registers to use our courier and logistics services. “Rider” refers to delivery personnel who fulfill pickup and delivery assignments. “User” means any person accessing the Platform, including merchants, riders, and end customers.
2. Account Registration
To use RapidPost services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Merchants must provide valid trade license or business documentation when requested. RapidPost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Services
RapidPost provides courier logistics services including parcel pickup, transportation, delivery, and cash-on-delivery (COD) collection within Bangladesh. Service coverage areas, delivery timelines, and pricing are subject to change and are published on the Platform. We strive to deliver parcels within the estimated timeframe but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination zone as published on our pricing page.
- COD handling fees are deducted from the collected amount before settlement.
- Settlements are processed within 48 hours of successful delivery via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
- RapidPost reserves the right to update pricing with 7 days advance notice.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment: illegal goods, hazardous materials, firearms, live animals, perishable food without proper packaging, currency, jewelry above ৳50,000 in value, and any items restricted by Bangladesh law.RapidPost reserves the right to inspect parcels and refuse shipment of prohibited items.
6. Liability & Insurance
RapidPost's liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to a maximum of ৳5,000 per parcel unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be filed within 72 hours of the expected delivery date. We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
7. Merchant Obligations
- Provide accurate parcel information including weight, dimensions, and recipient details.
- Ensure parcels are properly packaged to withstand standard handling.
- Make parcels available for pickup at the scheduled time and location.
- Keep sufficient balance or maintain credit terms for service charges.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. RapidPost may immediately suspend services in case of payment default, repeated policy violations, or fraudulent activity. Outstanding balances must be settled within 14 days of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
